- 2 6-oz. cans unsalted tuna or chicken in water, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- ΒΌ cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tblsp. honey mustard
- Season to taste
Healthy Tuna/Chicken Salad
Mix all ingredients into a mixing bowl, for best results chill in refrigerator after mixing for 15 to 30 minutes.
